1. Service Description

DrMachines is an AI-powered troubleshooting assistant to help users troubleshoot and manage technical or mechanical issues across various machines. The Service is provided “as is” and may include occasional inaccuracies due to AI interpretation, data entry, or changes in equipment specifications. We continuously improve the system, but no guarantee is made regarding completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

2. Data Ownership

All troubleshooting information, system responses, and related outputs are generated based on user input and proprietary AI models. DrMachines does not claim ownership of user-submitted data or external technical documentation. The company is not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or data variations arising from third-party or user-provided information.

3. User Responsibilities

• Use DrMachines solely for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to copy, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
• Verify troubleshooting recommendations before implementing them.
• Avoid using the Service to upload false, malicious, or misleading data.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

• All payments are processed securely through approved gateways.
• All payments are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued once a transaction is successfully processed.
• In case of duplicate or erroneous charges, contact us within 7 days for assistance.

5. Limitation of Liability

DrMachines and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs, data errors, downtime, unauthorized access, or improper use of information. Use of DrMachines is entirely at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or restrict access at our discretion in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
